Those of you who have read my blog might have caught on to the fact that it was simply a class assignment. Because the assignment was to be completed sometime in mid April, my posts have been, well, non-existant. That’s about to change. I really enjoyed blogging, so I’m back at it. This time I am going to concentrate on a museum or an exhibit, rather than how a museum uses social media. I found that topic to be quite interesting however, blogging about an exhibit or a specific artist can be just as intriguing.
I have recently graduated and plan on moving to Washington, D.C. in the near future. There are plenty of museums in D.C. and I hope to incorporate many of them into my blog. I especially want to visit some of the museums I have previously blogged about, such as the Newseum, the Smithsonian, and the Holocaust Museum. Visiting these museums will bring about a new perspective and perhaps I can see for myself the way they incorporate social media into their everyday agenda.
